3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our Site are handcrafted jewelry. We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions; however, actual colors and details may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We accept the following payment methods:

• Prepaid: Full payment via Razorpay (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
• Cash on Delivery (COD): A refundable advance of INR 50 is required via Razorpay. The remaining amount is payable upon delivery.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Florve is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues within 48 hours. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

8. User Reviews and Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or images, you grant Florve a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform. You agree not to submit any content that is offensive, fraudulent, or violates any third-party rights.
